"Backwell Church of England Junior School is located 6 miles south of Bristol. We are a voluntary controlled junior school with nearly 240 pupils aged 7 to 11.
The school is positioned close to the local church, allowing us to work in close partnership to provide an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice (St Andrew's Church).
Backwell C of E Junior School is friendly and welcoming, caring greatly for the needs of both our pupils and staff. “We have earned the ‘Investors in People’ mark and have recently been awarded ‘Healthy Schools Status’'.
